About inaudible Games

Store room.
iG's store room. It's more ordered than it looks ;o)
Welcome to the brand new, ground breaking iG Store website. inaudible Games (yes, the lower case "i" is intentional), run by a single IT graduate, specializes in technical knowledge of products, ensuring items are in full working order, cleaned, and presented with as much accurate information as possible.

In the two yesars iG has been traiding on eBay over 7,000 products have been provided to thousands of users, numerous happy customers have been created, and a few slightly annoyed ones whenever I mucked up. Over 4,000 positive feedback ensued, with currently zero negatives and a single neutral - a foreign user not overly impressed by the loss of his item by the mail service, and why shouldn't they be :o).

However the eBay system has it's limitations, especially in the time it takes to produce listings, update stock prices, and provide information on multiple items in a single listing. For these reasons, the inaudible Games Store (iGS) was set up.

iGS provides detailed quality information on each and every individual item sold, and, for a trick I've never witnessed before, we don't (other than rare circumstances) have any control over our own prices! Yep, you read right, iGS does not set it's own prices - you do! At least, the general public do, through use of eBay. Almost all prices, where available, are taken from the iG side project inaudible Games Price Charts (iGPC). iGPC has been tracking the sale price of video games on eBay for over a year, and is now used as the basis for iGPC's stock. All these prices are updated weekly, meaning the price you see is the current price people are willing to pay. If a game goes out of fashion, the price drops. If it becomes popular, it rises. And I don't have to spend hours updaing stock prices anymore. Everyone's a winner!

However, the downside is that, for now, iGS is still in soft-release mode. This means that features still need to be ironed out, and the pricing system can still come up with faults every so often. Because of this, unfortunately the odd product may show a silly price, and iG will not be able to supply it for this price. If this happens, you will be refunded immediately, and notified by e-mail of the reasons why. Hopefully though, the vast majority of sales will be fine.
