What do all these links / arrows / buttons do?
Appologies for the confusion. iG is presenting stock in a new way, different from most other stores. In an attempt to bring you as much information and choice for each product sold, iG lists each individual item seperately, with it's own rating and purchase button. To view all items, you just need to browse to an item's page and hit the drop-down stock count. Here's a nice visual guide to help you:
How do I buy or view multiple stocked copies of an item?
iGS's menu pages include a row for each individual product, as well as a listing of the amount available in stock. If there is more than one copy of an item in stock, then click the red "See More" button, or the item's title, to take you to that item's page. There you will find a list of all stock, sorted in to New & Sealed, New & Unsealed, and Used sections. If there are multiple items within each of these sections, use the red drop-down arrow next to the stock count to view all individual items available.
How do I buy the best condition copy of an item?
The items listed on the menu pages are the best condition available, whether it be New, or the best condition Used item available. For more detailed choice, view the item's individual page by clicking the item's name or the "See More" button.
Can I pay for more than one item at a time?
You can buy as many items as you wish, however, currently, each of these must be paid for individually through PayPal before purchasing further items. This will be changed in future to a cart based system, although will remain as-is for the duration of the iG soft-launch.
I get the following error when trying to purchase an item with PayPal: "This invoice has already been paid. For more information, please contact the merchant."
The individual stock item you are trying to purchase has already had another user attempt to purchase it. Please return to the site and refresh the page, where the item should no longer be listed for sale.
If the item remains listed for sale and the error continues, there is a temporary issue with the previous user's attempted payment. I should resolve this shortly and the item should be available for sale again soon, though in the mean time feel free to contact me and point out the erronous item.
Do you accept payment by (X)?
Payment is currently only accepted through PayPal. Accepted methods through PayPal incude VISA, MasterCard, and all other major Debit and Credit cards. An account is not needed, although a
