Please note - duringiGS's soft-launch - where technical errors are possible, though hopefully unlikely -
no sales are final until shipped. This does not affect your statutory rights, and if all goes well, should not affect you at all :o) .
Shipping Cost
All items sold through iG currently include UK shipping costs in their prices, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Shipping Regions
Sales through iGS will currently ship to UK addresses only as standard. Please note that 'unconfirmed' addresses provided through PayPal may experience delays for further checks, or be refused entirely.
International users will befully supported in future, however for now they should contact myself if they'd really like to purchase an item unavailable elsewhere so that I can arrange for additional shipping costs to be paid. Alternatively, check out iG's eBay sales where all items include an international postage option.
Postage Class / Speed
All regular items will be posted by 2nd Class mail. Due to iG's location near a regional sorting hub, much of this mail is delivered within 2, or even 1 day. Please contact me if you require special delivery options.
Valuable and large items will be sent by recorded mail or courier, and will require a signature on delivery or collection from a local sorting office.
Returns
Although iG tries to test all items thoroughly (with a fauly used-goods rate 10x lower than standard high-street stores), ocasionally mistakes are made, or items are incompatible with a user's system. In this case, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Returned are also accepted in-line with the UK's
Distance Selling Regulations.
In ALL cases, users *must* contact myself before returning an item.
