Your Contract With iG
Your contract with iG to supply you goods starts when iG accepts your order.
Acceptance of an order is made when an item is shipped.
Customers will be notified upon shippment of an item, and orders may be refused at any time up to this point.
Shipment of Goods
Goods are currently shipped to the UK only, by 2nd Class, 2nd Class recorded or Couriered mail. All prices are included in the displayed cost of an item. Please see the Shipping page for more detailed information.
Cancellation of a Contract / Returning Items
The contract for any item can be canlled in line with the UK's
Distance Selling Regulations - up to 7 working days after delivery. Cancellations under the DSR terms must be returned at a customer's own cost, and with no damage to the item. Sealed goods which have been opened can not normally be returned under these terms.

contact iG before returning goods under the DSR.
Faulty or Not-As-Described Goods
Faulty goods, or those not as described, can be replaced or refunded on a case-by-case basis, on return of the item at iG's expense.
